President of Ukraine, "Viktor Yanukovych" expressed for his high appreciation to the Leader of the Revolution.
The Leader congratulated him on election as president in Ukraine in the presence of the Secretary of European Affairs at the GPC for Foreign Liaison and International Cooperation, the performance of the president, "Yanukovych", was sworn as president of Ukraine on Thursday.
The Secretary of European Affairs conveyed the Ukrainian President's greetings to the Leader and his praise to the distinguished relations between the Great Jamahiriya and Ukraine.
