Tarhuna is a mountainous region in the south eastern Libya, some 70 kms from the capital city Tripoli. It’s famous for olive and almond trees. Exploring the city, one can notice the remains of some palaces dated back to the Roman era in Libya. The city also has a spring called Ain Shirshara.
